This year we are working to gather food for some gentle giants in need. The Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue averages 25-30 dogs in foster homes (like Grits pictured below) awaiting their forever homes and happily ever after stories. The rescue is completely non-profit and is run by volunteers. With pet food prices skyrocketing, the rescue desperately needs help providing food for the dogs. Numerous danes in rescue need medical attention, such as Maverick, so funds are being depleted quickly. Below is a list of approved foods the rescue is willing to accept. If you would like to donate a bag of food, just let us know. Your scooper can pick it up and leave you a donation receipt. If you are unable to donate a bag of food, you can make a monetary donation through the rescue’s website or we can collect your donation and pass it on to the rescue. We will be collecting food for them through the end of December.
